the done for you plans in Vince’s No Nonsense Muscle building
system by adding two more phases. The idea being that if you want to
continue to get leaner, for say competition, you will need to adjust
your eating further.
This system helps you do that by taking changes in your bodyweight and
lean mass in 4 – 6 week increments and then selecting your
next meal plans to keep moving you towards your goals. This is really
ingenious, it really does take the guess work and number crunching out
of the equation and leaves you with following the meal plans.
Most meal plans are a set it and forget it system, but this one adjusts
as your body changes, to keep your progress moving. This has the added
advantage of not letting your body adapt and hit those plateaus, where
progress slows down or ceases.
This is a great system that is scientifically designed by body builders
who have a proven record, these guys don’t just talk about
