Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells

Bowflex SelectTech 552 dumbbells are very different from other adjustable dumbbells. The dumbbell is made in the following way: There is a handle and a base with ten different interlocking weight disks. When you put the handle in the base then you will notice that the dumbbell looks like a small barbell with different weights, But at each end of the bar is a dial and it is marked with numbers from 5 to 52.5, so to change the weight you just have to turn the dial to the weight that you want. When you want to change the weight again then you only have to lower the dumbbell into the base change the dial and you can pick the dumbbell back up.

The Bowflex SelectTech is ergonomically designed and takes up little space. It can also be very attractive, and stands higher off the ground, which puts less stress on your back. There is some assembly required and this can be a little challenging but overall this is a great product. These have a 2-year warranty on the dumbbell handle and five years on the weight plates. Weights are made of injection-molded plastic and so they are very quiet and wont damage household.
